Getting around Austin - An overview

Moving, be it across town or to another state, is a detail-oriented process that is further complicated by the fact that laws and regulations are far more often than not different in a resident’s new home than one’s old home. This fact is particularly true when it comes to getting a new driver’s license, vehicle registration and vehicle titling. Another of the most important challenges when moving to a new city is learning how to get around learning how to navigate around new streets and the location of important landmarks such as the airport.
