Meridian and Circle C are beautiful master-planned communities in Southwest Austin, a stone’s throw from Austin’s hill country. With over 500 acres of parkland and nature preserves, community pools, and playgrounds, these communities offer family-friendly living for those who want to escape the bustle of downtown. Homes range from the upper $300,000's to $1 million and up. Generally, the higher the price the larger the lot and home will be. Circle C was developed in the 1980's and continues to be developed with new home builds today. Newer home communities within Circle C are in Avana and Greyrock Ridge. Meridian was developed starting in 2006 and continues to be developed today.

Developed in the 1980's, Circle C has over 10,000 homes, built from 1988 to today. Homes range from the $300's up to $1 million. Circle C has new home developments in Avana, Greyrock Ridge and more. Circle C boasts over 500 acres of parkland and nature reserves including Circle C Metropolitan Park and Slaughter Creek Trail. Driving through Circle C is relaxing and serene with most of the homes hidden behind trees. In addition to many walking trails, Circle C residents enjoy a community center, multiple pools, numerous playgrounds, a sand volleyball court and more. Austin ISD’s elementary schools zoned for Circle C include Clayton, Kiker, Mills and others. Older children attend nearby Bailey, Small, and Gorzycki Middle schools and Bowie High School - with a few additional schools also in the mix. Like Meridian, Circle C offers fun, social, family-friendly activities for residents including food truck nights and more!
