Ranked among the top 3 neighborhoods in Austin by Austin Monthly, the community of Allandale is a traditional, family-friendly neighborhood featuring quiet streets lined with mature trees and updated homes from the mid-20th century. Homes are a mix of affordable one- and two-bedroom houses and renovated homes with modern updates. Allandale is close to the center of town and offers easy access to local highways. Many of the houses have been here for decades and so have many of the residents.
